I'm always curious every time I walk by a building in Paris which has a Canadian flag flying. Is it a bookstore? Is it a pub? In this case it was the Canadian Cultural Centre. The CCC has temporary Canadian exhibits that anyone can check out. This week we visited an exhibit by Stan Douglas. The security guard even lambasted me for not talking French, it was like grade 9 French class all over again! The most striking part of the exhibit were his pictures of Detroit. They were taken in the late 90's and I'm sure they are even more relevant today!
I realize taking photographs of photographs is weird, but here they are...
Like every great exhibit in Paris, you are treated to a spectacular view.
