Instead of having Boxing Day/Week sales like in Canada, Paris has winter sales which begin on January 8th and go for about a month. I was determined to take advantage of these sales on the first day and even managed to make it to Galeries Lafayette by 8:30 am. I knew I wanted to purchase some flats to tour around Spain in and snagged these beautiful patent leather brogues for 30% off!
